3. Platform Rights & Service Continuation
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or terminate your shop or services at any time without prior notice.
- You shall not claim any damages, losses, or compensation in case of discontinuation or termination of our services.
4. Store Name Approval
- The name of your store is subject to review and approval by Khajoor Mandi Online Administrators.
- The Platform reserves the right to cancel, modify, or delete any store name without prior notification to the submitting person.
- Khajoor Mandi Online is the sole owner of the Platform and retains full authority over store name approvals.
5. Responsibility of Sellers
- All business transactions, dealings, product listings, pricing, delivery, and commitments to customers are solely your responsibility.
- The Platform shall not be held liable for any disputes, defaults, frauds, or claims arising between you and your customers.
6. Taxes & Legal Obligations
- You are fully responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies related to your business activities.
- The Platform does not assume any responsibility for your tax compliance, invoicing, or reporting obligations.
7. General Conditions
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in the suspension or permanent removal of your shop from the Platform.
- The Platform may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the Platform will be deemed as your acceptance of such changes.
